<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault detecting method for leakage transmission lines the which the reliability as a transmission line can be enhanced by detecting faults of the leakage transmission lines successively. SOLUTION: Faults of leakage transmission lines 8, 8'... laid along a road through ground stations 9, 9', 9"... installed at specific intervals are detected, and each ground station has a network interface which enables a mutual communication with ground stations through a network line 10 and also has a fault detection part which monitor output radio waves of adjacent ground stations to detect a fault when the transmission line has variation in electric characteristics.</p> |
