FIELD: food industry, confectionery branch. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of antidiabetic foodstuffs. Antidiabetic fruit-paste candy has the blended vegetable-apple fruit paste, species of medicinal herbs "Arfazetin", sugar substituents (sorbitol, fructose), agar, prophylactic pectin and potassium phosphate. Antidiabetic vegetable-apple fruit-paste candy has palatable, acid-sweet taste and aroma that are typical for herbs, vegetables and apple fruits as its components. Fruit-paste candy provides the enhancement of prophylactic properties, decreases blood glucose level, drug toxicity, promotes the secretion of toxins from the body.
