FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves testing homeo-allopathic medical preparations, natural oscillations of patient organism or their frequency-and-wave analogs using electroacupuncture methods. Then, resonance data are saved on a carrier with optional 180 deg transformation of oscillation phase angle. Gunn-effect diode crystal is used as the carrier. The data are saved by supplying feeding voltage under immediate contact interaction with the preparations and its following switching off. Next to it, biologically active points and zones of the organism are marked on the Gunn-effect diode. The device has Gunn-effect diode crystal with medical wave-encoded information written in advance, as carrier.
