FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: the biologically active food addition has additionally citral, caffeine, cinnamic aldehyde, clove aldehyde, netmug ether oil at the ratio of tannic substances, citral, caffeine, cinnamic aldehyde, clove aldehyde and netmug ether oil = (24-98.9): :(0.05-8):(0.5-41): (0.1-32): (3-68): (4.3-68.7), respectively. The biologically active addition can be used in nonalcoholic beverages, alcoholic drinks and weak alcoholic drinks and also in confectionery industry, in sauces production and so on. This ensures to obtain the biologically active addition exhibiting antidepressant, tonic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, immuno-correcting and general restorative properties, enhancing physical and mental capacity, showing the benefit effect on gastroenteric tract due to the optimal ratio of components based on synergistic effect of components.
