The feeding rack beam (B) pivots about an axis between two inclined end open and released positions. The beam comprises a movable bar (10) with first (10') and second (10) end parts with the pivoting axis located towards the bar central part. Towards the bar first end is a counterweight (12) which automatically returns the beam to its open position.
