PURPOSE:To accomplish swift layout of pipes and setting of angles and the like by superpose a transparent paper on which scaled coordinate axes X and Y and a graduated scale centered on the origion on a gauge given on a paper with a scaled base line and a branch line at the tip of thereof corresponding to angles.
