Frame for sliding or lifting roof of vehicle

The frame fits in a roof aperture in a fixed roof. It has two guide rails (6, 7) parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle with transverse spacing between them. They are connected via connecting points (15, 16) to the front part (8) of the frame. A gap is left between the guide rails and the frame front part in the region of the connecting points, enabling the guide rails to be corrected relative to the frame front part during fitting.
