<p>A CPU (41) of a home router (4-1) performs total control according to a program stored in memory (50). A video interface (43) receives an NTSC signal from a DVCR (7-1), combines GUI generated by the CPU (41), and outputs it to the DVCR (7-1). An ATM interface (45) transmits IP data to a first network. A server (2) generates a subject to update the object registered in a data base (3) and an event to acquire the subject. The server (2) receives request data for a subject from a receiving terminal (5), allocates a resource necessary for providing the subject based on the total result, transmits the event, and provides the subject. The receiving terminal (5) receives the event, evaluates the necessity of the subject based on the event, transmits the request data to the server (2) based on the evaluation result, and acquires the subject which the server (2) provides corresponding to the request data.</p> |
