The slide rail has a fixed strip (6) and a movable U-form strip (7). A storage shoe (45) runs along the fixed strip and defines a stored position of the movable strip. The shoe has a locking bar (55), first control (35) for unlocking the rail and fixing the shoe on the moving strip and a second control (75) for unlocking the slide rail. The shoe is pulled elastically to its locked position and slides on one side arm of the fixed strip.
