PURPOSE:To avoid the production of DC voltage at the output terminal even with power supply voltage fluctuated, by fixing the collector potential of the transistor of differential amplifier, in the calss B amplifier driven by the differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The collector voltage of one transistor 9 of the differential amplifier 11 driving the output transistor is fixed to the emitter voltage +0.6V of the transistor 23 in common base connection. The collector voltage of another transistor 10 is fixed to +0.6V with the transistor 18, since the voltage at the terminal 21 is 0V. Accordingly, even if supply voltage is fluctuated at the positive and negative power supply terminals 20 and 22, the change of the collector loss of the transistors 9 and 10 of the differential amplifier 11 is made equal, the difference of the change of the voltage between base and emitter of the transistors 3 and 4 can be cancelled to prevent the production of DC voltage at the output terminal. |
