The syringe barrel outlet is eccentric at the front (1). The needle (21) is fixed in a spindle-shaped holder (22) in the outlet. A connecting stem (23) extends down from the rear of the holder. Its bottom surface (230) is inclined. A conical inclined arrow-headed mortise (231) in the connecting stem has an upward through hole and downward flared opening (232). The syringe plunger (3) has an arrowed tenon (311) eccentrically placed on its head (31), pointing to the mortice. A sealing ring is inlaid around the head. A support plate under the head supports the ring, in notches matched with guide strips (13) in the barrel. |
