摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable to retrieve the area of low elevation angle, by increasing the object versus clutter ratio for the reception signal, by setting the elevation angle for exclusive of close distance clutter area to the optimized position determined with the state of geography in the retrieved area depending on the antenna azimuth. CONSTITUTION:The beam scanning processor 15 sequentially outputs the beam MTI exclusive use for close distance clutter stored in advance, scanning control information of main scanning beam, transmission pre-trigger, north trigger, and phase shifter group phase shifting data to designate the MTI and main scanning beam direction based on the control input information of azimuth angle pulse. Thus, beam is emitted to the direction of elevation angle specified from the array antenna group 11. In this case, the main beam is scanned slowly toward the azimuth and fast toward the elevation angle, and MTI is scanned slowly toward the azimuth and controlled to the optimum direction determined with the clutter state in the radar retrieval area depending on the antenna azimuth in advance.</p>
