FIELD: consumer goods; application of agents on surfaces of materials or evaporation of agents into gaseous volumes. SUBSTANCE: applicator may be placed or secured in envelope at ratio between minimum distance L1 and maximum distance 12 between geometric center (center of mass) of applicator and geometric center of envelope where it is located within the following limits 0,3 <= (L<SB>1</SB>+KL<SB>2</SB>)/L<SB>2</SB><= 2,5, where K is experimental coefficient selected depending on configuration of applicator and envelope within 0,3 <= <= 1,5. Use of device may be considerably extended for various types of surfaces. Holders of applicators are easily detachable and may be utilized. Empty envelope may be used as container for storage of small parts. EFFECT: improved property of device; enhanced mechanical strength; high safety; enhanced economical efficiency; improved ecological, argonomical and other properties. 1 dwg |
