FIELD: heat engineering; applicable in alumina production. SUBSTANCE: method includes regenerative heating of raw pulp of the first and second stage steam heaters of self-evaporation of leached pulp; heating and leaching of pulp in autoclave battery; self-evaporation of leached pulp and its subsequent dilution; regeneration of condensate heat of heaters supplied with steam of the first stage of self- evaporation. In this case, heater condensate heat is regenerated by supply of condensate to water heater. Water from heater is used for washing of slime. EFFECT: higher degree of heat regenerations with no impairment to water heating. 1 dwg
