PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply an optimumly charged electric vehicle to each user, when a user inputs a destination data selecting the vehicle having a remaining battery capacity which is larger than the remaining battery capacity required to drive the vehicle to the destination by detecting the remaining battery capacities of a plurality of electric motor vehicles. SOLUTION: Since an electric vehicle 12 having minimum remaining battery capacity is selected from among electric vehicles capable of being rented out when a destination is inputted, the selectable ranges of succeeding users can be secured. In addition, since the electric vehicle 12 having a maximum remaining battery capacity is selected when no destination is inputted, the electric vehicle 12 on the safety side can be rented out to a user for whom the driving distance is unknown. When the electric vehicle 12 is selected in the way, a system control unit 40 actuates the vehicle control unit of the electric vehicle 12 via a communication unit 46. |
