摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the disposal quantity of lead glass becoming waste when ribs are formed by a sand blast method by forming a board, cross-sectionally post-like formed bodies of an inorganic oxide arranged on the board, and a thin film of lead glass on the surfaces of the formed bodies or the entire surface of the board arranged with the formed bodies. SOLUTION: Rib-shaped formed bodies 30 are formed on a board 10 by using inorganic oxide. In this case, an organic binder may be included so as to improve formability if it can be vanished by baking. Then, ribs 20 wherein the inorganic oxide is coated with lead glass 40 are formed by applying lead glass paste prepared by kneading the lead glass 40, an appropriate resin and solvent to the surfaces of the formed bodies 30 by a method such as screen printing or the like, and melting the lead glass 40 by baking it at a suitable temperature after drying it. As a result, what is formed into a rib-shaped form is only the inorganic oxide in the rib forming material even if the ribs 20 are formed by a sand blast method and hence, the lead glass 40 is not included as waste.
