PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to align fine patterns with each other when they are molded at the same time. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is characterized by that a dummy base material 1' is fixed to a 1st stamper 18 across an ultraviolet-ray setting type resin layer 52 independently of a die set, a 2nd stamper 17 is mounted on the dummy base material 1' across ultraviolet-ray setting type resin 53a, and the original plate pattern 17a of the 2nd stamper 17 is aligned with the original plate pattern 18a of the 1st stamper 18 by observing through a microscope. The alignment body A which is thus manufactured is mounted on the die set and the fine patterns 4b and 5b are molded by transferring the original plate patterns 18a and 17a to the ultraviolet-ray setting type resin layers 4 and 5 on both the top and reverse surfaces of the transparent base material 1.
