PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external editing device for a telephone directory and schedule table of portable telephone. SOLUTION: This external editing device for directly receiving, preserving and checking individual exclusive data such as the telephone directory or the schedule table edited in an external hardware while being carried by connecting a communication port originally provided in the portable telephone or an added dedicated communication port to an external data conversion detection circuit to be connected to the communication port of a general computer or a PDA. The non-distribution property of individual data between the conventional portable telephone and the computer and the disadvantage incapable of editing pictographs in the portable telephone are improved and an effect capable of unifying the editing of the data banks of both is obtained. |
