<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably simplify the manufacturing process of magnetic parts by constituting the parts, by combining surface-mountable wiring materials and patterned wiring on a substrate, and winding conductors around a magnetic core by an arbitrary number of times. SOLUTION: An arbitrary number of surface-mountable wiring materials 2 is arranged in both horizontal and vertical directions as coil conductors and connected in series and parallel with each other in a wiring pattern formed on a surface 3. In an example of patterned wiring at the time of manufacturing a reactor, a wiring material 11 becomes the winding beginning of the reactor and another wiring material 2.3 becomes the winding end L of the reactor and, as a result, the wiring materials are wound four times around a magnetic core. In another patterned wiring, in addition, wiring materials 1.1 and 1.2 become the winding beginning K of the reactor and wiring materials 2.3 and 2.4 become the winding end L of the reactor and, as a result, the wiring materials are wound twice around the magnetic core. This is contrived to cope with a necessary inductance value, current capacity, etc., by connecting the wiring materials in series or parallel with each other.</p> |
