PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject phenolic resin molding material that has a stabilized hardening level and is useful in wiring accessories and in tableware by continuously and quantitatively performing two operations of the dehydration of the phenol product and the mixing of the phenol product with the filler. SOLUTION: A phenol is allowed to react with an aldehyde in the presence of a catalyst, for example, a basic catalyst to form the phenol product A. The resultant phenol product A is continuously and quantitatively taken out of its storage tank 10 via the valve which is set to its lower part, as the valve 12 is adjusted in its opening degree, and is continuously cast into the vacuum tank 14 equipped with the vacuum pump 16 for dehydration. The resultant dehydration product is continuously and quantitatively fed into the mixer 30, while the filler B stored in the tank 20 is continuously and quantitatively fed to the mixer 30 via the valve 22 whose opening degree is adjusted before they are continuously mixed and solidified. |
