PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign impartially a demodulation finger to a signal from each base station without the need for many demodulation fingers for a mobile station in the case of conducting soft hand-over among pluralities of base stations. SOLUTION: A station that is a hand-over destination receives slot information assigned by a station communicated at present at first from a user slot assignment memory 101 and the slot assignment information is stored in the user slot assignment memory 101. A slot selection device 102 based on this information selects a less traffic slot other than the slot assigned by the station communicated at present and a slot assignment device 103 assigns a proper slot to assign signals sent from pluralities of base stations to different slots.
