PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a one-component bakable compsn. which is excellent in room-temp. storage stability and can be baked at a low temp. to form a coating film without releasing a volatile compd. by incorporating a specific polyhydroxyl component, a specific crosslinking component, and a catalyst component into the same. SOLUTION: A polyhydroxyl component (A) which contains at least one resin having at least two OH groups and substantially no amino group and selected from among hydroxyl functional polyacrylate, polyester, polycarbonate, polyether, polyurethane, polydiene resin, and epoxy resin; a crosslinking component (B) which contains at leas one compd. having at least two cyclic carbonic acid groups in the form of 6-membered ring and is reactive with ingredient A; and a catalyst component (C) which is a metal carboxylate having at least one metal selected from among metals of the groups IA, IB, IIA, IIB, IVA, and IVB and at least one acyloxy group; RCOO-(wherein R is a 1-20C alkyl) are incorporated, the ratio of A/B being such that the equivalent ratio of carbonic acid group/OH group is 0.5-2.0. |
