PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign efficiently a channel to the user that requests connection by assigning the channel in which interference is substantially eliminated through the use of any of a reception signal vector, a waited vector and an arrival direction and of an interference elimination device. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a channel assignment request from the user newly, i=1 is set to a direction (i), number of users connecting to a 1st time slot is checked and whether or not number of users in connection is 0 (zero) is discriminated. When number of the users for the time slot is zero, the channel is discriminated to be an idle channel, the user is assigned to the channel and the user uses this channel as a transmission channel for execution of communication. On the other hand, when number of the users connecting to the time slot is not 0 (zero), the possibility of assignment of a channel to a succeeding time slot is checked and an idle channel is assigned to the user. |
