<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray measurement unit guide apparatus which can be installed or detached quickly or facilitates attachment and detachment of an X-ray measurement unit, enables the inspection X-ray measurement unit to be taken apart and mounted at an optional circumferential position to be inspected and inspect from a lowered position. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a roller 2 moving in a circumferential direction on an outer circumferential face of a shroud, a guide pin 3 inserted in a recessed part of a side face of the shroud for preventing the roller 2 from rising, a screw clamp 5 for screwing both side faces of the shroud, a mount stage 1 positioned at a specific relative position to be fixed to the shroud, a capillary slit 13 freely moving in up-down, forward-backward, right-left directions on the mount stage 1 for radiating X rays to an inspection position, and a detector 14 for detecting X rays being radiated and detecting a state of the inspection position. The apparatus is provided with a triaxial positioning mechanism 7 for positioning an X-ray measurement unit and a positioning sensor unit 15 for positioning the triaxial positioning mechanism 7 so that the capillary slit 13 and detector 14 are correctly disposed at the inspection position.</p> |
