PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent spraying in a case other than in proper purpose a caused by child's mischief or the like and improve an assembling characteristic only by pushing an assembly of a lock member into a space between a depressing head engaging plate and an inward flange. SOLUTION: An axial hole 12 is formed at the rear part of an outer circumferential wall 11. An engaging plate 13 is protruded rearwardly from a rear part of a top wall of a head. A shaft part 16 is protruded forwardly from a plate member 15 fitted between the lower surface of the engaging plate 13 and the upper surface of a rear part of an inward flange 8. The shaft is rotatably inserted into the axial hole 12. The upper end of the plate member 15 is removably engaged with the lower surface of the engaging plate 13, the lower end of the plate member 15 is removably engaged with the lower surface of the engaging plate 13, and the lower end of the plate member 15 is also removably engaged with the upper surface of the rear part of time inward flange 8, respectively, in a lateral direction under a rotation of the plate member 15. The upper surface of the plate member 15 is engaged with the lower surface of the engaging plate 13 and the lower surface of the plate member 15 is engaged with an upper surface of the rear part of the inward flange 8, respectively, so as to disable depressing of the depressing head C having a nozzle therein. |
