PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator piezoelectric ceramics which can obtain an oscillation signal of a small frequency common difference of an oscillation frequency and a stable oscillation. SOLUTION: This device is an ABO3 perovskite compound oxide which replaces part of a Pb of lead titanate PbTiO3 with at least an La and replaces part of the Ti with at least an Mn. When the number of moles of the Pb for a B site structural element moll is (a) and the total number of moles of elements other than the Pb out of A site structural elements is (b), a value (p) indicated by an a/(1-b) ranges from 0.92 to 0.99 and an antiresonance impedance Ra in a three-dimensional overtone of a thickness longitudinal vibration is over 20 kΩ and a P/V value is over 55 dB.
