PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stability for and improve efficiency in works for sealing a spout with high frequency sealing made available by a method wherein a laminated film piece having an aluminum foil is stuck beforehand integrally to the bottom face of a flange of the spout by means of insert injection molding. SOLUTION: For a spout 10 to be fixed externally with the bottom face of its flange heat-sealed from the outside to the periphery of a punched-out hole 8 at a specified head panel 6 of a paper container, a laminated film piece 5 made up by providing low density polyethylene sealant layers PE at both sides of an aluminum foil A1 is stuck integrally by means of insert injection molding to the bottom face of the flange 2. Thereby, the spout 10 can be heat- sealed by means of high frequency sealing while being brought into contact with the low density polyethylene layer PE at the periphery of the punched-out hole 8 of the head panel 6 on molding and filling of the paper container, and efficiency in attaching the spout can be improved while stability in heat sealing can be improved as compared with attachment by hot air method. |
