PURPOSE:To convert a titled device to a low cost, to convert it to non-adjustment by raising the performance, and to make it have a high reliability by forming various filters used for a signal processing part with a switched capacitor filter. CONSTITUTION:Various filters to which an output signal from an image pickup device 47 is supplied, respectively, are replaced with IC-converted filters 48-50 formed by a switched capacitor. These filters 48-50 are controlled and driven by a clock pulse which a controlling circuit 51 outputs. These filters 48-50 and the controlling circuit 51 can be formed as a unified IC. Subsequently, the filters 48-50 are placed on a wide band luminance signal correcting circuit 40, an R(B) color signal process circuit 42, and an input part of a low band luminance signal process circuit 43, respectively. By forming in this way, conversion to a low cost, conversion to non-adjustment by raising the performance, and conversion to a high reliability can be realized. |
