<p>The invention relates to ammunition of the type comprising a sub-calibre projectile and a launcher in several detachable elements adapted to the sub-calibre projectile. The launcher comprises, in the immediate vicinity of its rear portion, a wall which forms together with the surface of the sub-calibre projectile (4) an internal annular chamber (13) separated from the propulsive charge by a deformable or breakable partition wall (12) presenting a reduction of thickness in a predetermined area, or a groove, so as to weaken said partition wall, and an external elongate groove (9) of triangular cross-section, separated from the internal annular chamber (12) by a simple wall.
