PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress message transmission to a control manager and to reduce traffic for a monitoring message by making the messages received from plural different controlled system into a group. SOLUTION: A group conversion judging means 102 retrieves an SG table 107 with the actual object names of control objects 111a-111n extracted from the reception messages as a key and obtain a grouping object name. Then, a message code is extracted and its storing classification is obtained. The reception messages are stored in an information storing file 110 with the grouping object name and storing classification as the key. A reference value judging means 103 obtains the value of the report timing of storing classification after the messages are stored and compares it with the counter value of the information storing file 110. Then, when they are equal, the transmission messages are edited by a transmission message editing processing so as to generate a transmission message and it is reported to the contro manager 112. |
