PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable transformer with good heat dissipation for a winding around a bobbin and its assembling method, without enlarging the size of the transformer. SOLUTION: In a transformer, a winding 5 with a circular cross section is wound around a bobbin 3, and a magnetic core is assembled. A gap formed between the wound windings is filled with a grain material 11 having a external outer shape and good heat conduction or a spherical bodies of insulating material 11 with a given diameter. Then, a fixing agent 8 having good thermal conductivity containing vanish is applied thereto.
