PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize orientation in a magnetic field, which can realize powder orientation with a higher magnetic field, without regulation in the space size of a generated uniform magnetic field. SOLUTION: Superconducting coils 4 arranged at the outer periphery of a mold 3 with which raw material powder is filled are kept to a very low temperature state. Thus, a superconducting magnet generates magnet field strength which considerably for exceeds 20 kOe can be obtained. Since the size restriction of a uniform magnetic field space is not given, orientation magnetic field strength can be increased considerably by using the superconducting coils. Then, the orientation degree of R-Fe-B raw material powder can largely be improved, and the permanent magnet of high ability can be manufactured easily. |
