<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stiffness and at the same time reduce material and manufacturing costs, to prevent a foamed resin material from being leaked, and to improve finish. SOLUTION: In a heat-insulating panel 30A that is formed by filling a foamed urethane form 34 at a space 33 between box-shaped outer and inner members 31 and 32 that are loosely engaged each other, a bending plate part 37 is bent from the inner edge of an outer periphery plate part 36 of the outer member 31 to an opening side, a heat-insulating gasket 43 with a T-shaped section is inserted into the opening side of a gap 40 that is formed between the outer periphery plate part 36 of the outer member 31 and an inner periphery plate part 39 of the inner member 32, and a foamed urethane form 34A is filled into the remaining space of the gap 40 between the outer periphery plate part 36 and the inner periphery plate part 39 so that it is in one piece with the foamed urethane form 34 being filled into the space 33.</p> |
