PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive cold storage type refrigerating machine by generating refrigeration by causing pressure fluctuation in a second expanding machine by utilizing the return gas to a compressor from the main body of the refrigerating machine and a superconducting magnet system using the refrigerating machine. SOLUTION: The expanding machine 201 of the main body of a cold storage type refrigerating machine is connected to a compressor 112 through a gas supply pipeline 97 and a gas return pipeline 98 and a second expanding machine 301 is connected to the gas return pipeline 98 through a gas pipeline 99 on the downstream side of an exhaust valve 114. In the second expanding machine 301, refrigeration is generated by the pressure fluctuation caused by the return gas to the compressor 112 from the expanding machine 201 returned by opening and closing the exhaust valve 114. |
