<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a load equipment or the like on the outside of a stop scheduled range for constituting a plant equipment from being turned to a power failure state by using the pattern and executing the system changeover of the plant equipment in the case that the system changeover by a failure evasion guidance pattern is possible at the time of failing in the system changeover. SOLUTION: In an inference part 8, the failure evasion guidance pattern required for evading a failure is obtained by performing inference based on the failure contents at the time of failing in the system changeover in the middle of performing the system changeover of the plant equipment 2 corresponding to a first guidance pattern registered beforehand. In a simulation part 10, simulation using the failure evasion guidance pattern obtained in the inference part 8 is performed. Then, in a control part 6, when the system changeover evading the failure can be performed by the failure evasion guidance pattern, the failure evasion guidance pattern is used and the system changeover of the plant equipment 2 is executed.</p> |
