PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the difference between transmittance in the center and that in the periphery of an image by forming a colored film over the whole surface of the outer surface of a face part, making the film thickness at the four corners of the face part of the colored film thinnest, making the film thickness in the center of the face part thickest, and making the film thickness of other parts middle of the film thickness of the four corners and that in the center. SOLUTION: For example, the thickness in the center in the diagonal axis direction of a face part of a glass panel 11 is made 10 mm, that in the periphery is made 20 mm, and the radius of curvature in the diagonal axis direction on the outer surface of the face part is made 100,000 mm. The transmittance in the center of the face part is made 80% and that in the periphery is made 70%. A conductive colored film 15 made of silver and palladium is formed on the outer surface of the face part of the glass panel 11, the film thickness in the center of the face part of the colored film 15 is made 500Å, that in the four corners is made 300Å, and that in the parts other than them is made 400Å. Brightness difference between the center and the periphery is made small, and the generation of uneven brightness is prevented.
