CABLE SUSPENDING STEP AND CABLE MANHOLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fitting work of a communication/power cable or a sheath tube storing the cable in a manhole by installing the communication/ power cable and a cable holding tool suspending the sheath tube storing the cable in a part of an elevating step. SOLUTION: A step 12 where a hook 14 is installed on a part is fitted and arranged as the elevating step 12 installed in a cable manhole 1 by adjusting it to the fitting position of a cable passing or branch/connection box. The cable and a sheath tube 13 are abutted on a pawl part 14c installed in the opening part of a storage part 14b suspending and storing the cable of the hook 14 and the sheath tube 13 and they are pushed inside. Thus, the pawl part 14c is elastically deformed and is saved and the cable and the sheath tube 13 can be stored in the storage part 14b of the hook 14. The pawl part 14c is released from the abutment of the cable and the sheath tube 13 and is restored. Then, the cable and the sheath tube 13 can be kept in a state where they are stored in the storage part 14b.
