<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a voltage regulating circuit in which the ripple component of a high-voltage pumping voltage is removed, which prevents a voltage from being dropped and which obtains a stable high voltage by a method wherein a ripple removal means which removes the ripple component of the pumping voltage is provided at the output terminal of a high-voltage generation circuit. SOLUTION: In a voltage regulator 11 which is constituted, a differential amplifier 11a which amplifies the voltage difference between a reference voltage Vref and a pumping voltage Vpp1 to be output from a charging pump 10b and which outputs a voltage regulating signal Vcs is provided, and a first NMOS transistor 11b and a second NMOS transistor 11c which are connected in parallel with the output terminal of the charging pump 10b are provided. A low-pass filter 12 is constituted so as to be provided with a resistance R1 and a capacitor C1. A ripple component is removed from the high-voltage pumping voltage Vpp1 which is output from a high-voltage generation circuit 10. After that, a level with reference to the high-voltage pumping voltage Vpp1 is regulated. Then, a final output voltage Vpp2 is generated.</p> |
