PURPOSE: A signal sampling circuit and an image sensor including thereof are provided to improve a sampling rate by removing a noise caused by a clock feed through. CONSTITUTION: A signal sampling circuit and an image sensor including thereof comprise the following steps: a signal output unit (410) outputs a level signal in response to a control signal to an output node; a signal sampling unit (420) is connected to the output node, and the level signal is sampled in a sampling section; a first current sinking unit (430) sinks a fixed current from the output node; and a second current sinking unit sinks a current from the output node after an inactive timing of the control signal.
