PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pager that returns to an interrupted state with a simple operation, upon the receipt of a message by interrupting an executing state when reception of a message is detected and using stored information to returns to the interrupted state, when a specific key is operated. SOLUTION: Whether or not a message is received is detected (S1). Whether or not a mode is under execution at the reception of the message is discriminated (S5). If the execution is beeing mode, the mode is interrupted and image information in a final operation state and information of parameters set and received so far are stored in a memory of a work area of a control section (S6). Whether or not an escape key has been depressed is discriminated (S8), and when it is discriminated that the escape key has been depressed, the image informaiton and information of parameters which are saved in the interrupt state are read from the memory, and the image in the interrupted state is displayed on a screen and the pager is restored to a state of executing the interrupted operation (S10). |
