PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a power regenerating inverter at high speed. SOLUTION: At the controlling of a power regenerating inverter which regenerates the power from an electric rolling stock to a power system, the controller for power regenerating inverter multiplies the DC voltage FD obtained through a transformer 16 by the DC current Id obtained through a current transformer 26 by means of a multiplier 27, and on the other hand, finds the effective value Vs of the AC voltage of the power system obtained through a transformer 28 by means of an effective value computing element 29. Then the controller multiplies the effective value Vs by a fixed gain by means of a gain element 30 and finds an AC current command value I* by dividing the output of the multiplier 27 by the value obtained by multiplying the effective value Vs by the fixed gain by means of a divider. Then the controller controls the current of the inverter 6b, based on the command value I*. |
