System for secure transmission of information between a user and an operator

The secure transmission system between users with terminals (10,12,14) and electronic cards (18) and between operators with terminals (20,22,24) and electronic cards (20). The data exchange is secured using private key algorithms. Each user card has a memory with secret information generated by encryption of the card identification using pseudo-random keys.
