PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily visually confirm the position of the through-holes of a surface sheet with respect to a body fluid absorptive article. SOLUTION: The surface sheet 2 and a core 4 are colored so as to generate the color difference (ΔE) of more than 1.5 by an NBS unit between the liquid transmissive surface sheet 2 of this body fluid absorptive article 1 and a part where the liquid absorptive core 4 is exposed from the through-holes 6 of a hole diameter 0.1-5.0 mm on the surface sheet 2.
