PURPOSE:To replace easily a detaining member, and to improve the mounting efficiency of the whole device, by fixing a cartridge detaining member of a shape which can be attached and detached to and from an opening side, to the inner part of a storage part by using a fixing member which can be operated from the opening side. CONSTITUTION:When replacing a cartridge detaining member 14 which is damaged, a jig is inserted into an empty cartridge storage part 12 through an opening 12a, and a fixing member 16 is bent as shown by a middle two point chain line. By such bending, detaining parts 16e, 16f are detached from a bottom plate 12b, and by drawing the member 16 in the direction as indicated with an arrow E, the member 14 is taken out through the opening 12a together with 16. Also, a new member 14 is combined with 16, inserted into the storage part 12 through the opening 12a in a state that the member is bent in the direction which becomes narrower, an annular part is engaged to a round hole 12b-1, and thereafter, the member 16 is released, and the detaining parts 16e, 16f are detained and fixed to the bottom plate 12b.
