PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmaceutical composition useful as a cellular infiltration inhibitor based on cell adhesion inhibitory action, anti-inflammatory agent (e.g. antiallergic agent, antiasthmic agent), immunosuppressive agent or the like, by including a specific compound (salt) as active ingredient. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition is obtained by including a compound (salt) of the formula [R<1> and R<2> are each OH or the like; R<3> is H, or R<1> and R<2> are bound to each other into OCH2 O; R<3> is H, or R<1> is H, and R<2> and R<3> are bound to each other into OCH2 O; R<4> is a lower alkyl or the like; R<5> and R<6> are each H, a lower alkyl or the like; R<7> and R<8> are each a lower alkoxy; R<9> is H, or R<7> and R<8> are bound to each other into COH2 O; R<9> is H, or R<7> is H, and R<8> and R<9> are bound to each other into OCH2 O; R<11> is a lower alkyl or the like; R<10> is COH2 O(=O)OCH3 or the like; R<12> is OH or the like, or R<10> and R<12> are bound to each other into CH2 CH2 , wherein a lower alkyl may be bond to X to which R<12> is bound; R<13> is H or the like; X is N or C, or the N involves a quaternary ammonium salt, X bears a counterion Y (Y is a halogen anion)]. |
