<p>The invention relates to a body of the porous type, in particular suitable for use in a corrosive environment with a high temperature. According to the invention, the body is composed of a sintered material, substantially comprising a metal or metal alloy, provided at least at or near a surface or partial surface of the body with at least one diffusion coating and/or oxide skin.
