PURPOSE:To improve safety, by installing an air tube in a frame in contact with a glass pane, while detecting contact to a closing part by the internal pressure variation, and constituting a controller so as to prohibit the closing motion, in case of a power window or the like. CONSTITUTION:At the time of closing motion of a glass pane, a solenoid valve of a solenoid valve relay 11 is closed and thereby an air tube 7 is made into airtightness. And, under this state, when foreign substances including a human body or the like are sandwiched between the glass plane 2 and a frame 4, the air tube 7 is compressed and internal pressure goes up. A pressure sensor 10 detects this pressure-up, it is inputted into a comparator 14 via a differentiator 13, comparing it with the threshold value, and whether there is contact or not is detected. A contact detecting signal is outputted to a control circuit 5, and operation of the solenoid valve relay 11 is stopped, then the glass pane 2 is opened. With this constitution, safety is yet more improvable.
