PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic inspecting device which does not require troublesome operation by providing plural tension devices and comparing tensile loads obtained by drawing equally arrangement positions of a main hopper body downward with a threshold value by a comparator through an adder. CONSTITUTION:Motors 121-124 of the tension devices 16, 16... are connected to one motor driver 19 and the adder which calculates the sum of the outputs of standard load cells 141-144 and the arithmetic comparator 21. Their output commands a motor controller 22 to drive the driver 19. Consequently, the sum of the outputs of the tensile load gauges of the devices 16... is calculated 20 and when a upper and a lower set value which are given previously are within a set range, a motor driving signal based upon the large/small relation is outputted 21. Differences between the outputs of respective tensile load gauges of the load cell 14 and outputs of other tensile load gauges of the load cell 14 and outputs of other tensile load gauges are find individually and when the differences are all within the specific range, the motor driving signal is outputted 21; when this signal and motor driving signal are both supplied, a gate is closed to output a signal for driving the respective motors of the load cell 14 at the same time.
