PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the bad smell while preventing the gathering of mold by performing the antibacterial treatment, the mold-proof treatment and the deodorizing treatment to the heat insulating material. SOLUTION: The heat insulating material is fitted to the inner surface of a ceiling air duct 1 and the inside surface of a ceiling 2 and the inner wall 3 in the periphery of windows and doors. The air conditioning air fed through the air duct 1 is supplied into a car from a blow-out port 4. As a raw material of the heat insulating material, mixture of the flame retardant polyacrylonitrile fiber is used, and as components, 89.5% or more of the flame retardant polyacrylonitrile fiber, 10% or more of water and 0.5% or less of the oil solution are contained. The surface treating agent is obtained by adding about 31.3% of an anion surfactant or propylene glycol to the inorganic compound composed of silica, alumina and titanium oxide or the inorganic compound formed by adding silver to the described inorganic compound, and furthermore, adding water so as to form the treatment solution. In the case of performing the surface treatment to a raw material of the heat insulating material with the treatment solution, coating by spraying, coating by roll coater and impregnation with dipping is performed so as to adhere the treatment solution of the heat insulating material. |
