TISSUE PAPER FOR STENCIL PRINTING BASE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue paper for a stencil printing base sheet having a high ink retentivity, preventing a binding at a perforated part of the base sheet, and having excellent clarity of a print image without void and uniformity of a print image density. SOLUTION: The thin sheet for a stencil printing base sheet comprises a structure in which fine fibers are branched or separated from main body fibers in such a manner that the main body fibers and the fine fibers respectively have thicknesses of 0.1 to 500 m and a length of 10μm or more at random and are constituted by flocked fibers of a shape bent at random and irregularly. The flocked fiber is a fiber made of an acrylonitrile polymer.
